Cancel online, in under a minute.

• Sign in and open your account page.
• Click Manage billing. That opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
• Click Cancel plan. You're done — you'll get a confirmation email.

Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — if you come back, your progress is still there.

If you can't get into your account for any reason, email tim@timothynorwood.com and we'll cancel it for you the same business day. That's a backup, not a requirement.

• First charge on a new membership: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Just ask.
• Renewal charges: because you can cancel any time before a renewal, renewals are generally not refunded. But if you were charged for a month you genuinely didn't intend to keep and you tell us within 7 days, we'll refund it. We'd rather do that than argue with you.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5–10 business days.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. After 14 days it is final, because the seat is permanently removed from the 2,500-seat cap and granted to you forever. If you refund a founder seat, the seat returns to the pool and your access ends.

SPARK 1:1 implementation work and live cohort seats are refundable in full until work begins or the cohort's first session, whichever comes first. After that, we refund the unstarted portion on a pro-rata basis.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. On-chain settlement is irreversible and there is no chargeback mechanism. Any goodwill refund is at our discretion, may be issued in fiat or crypto at the exchange rate on the refund date, and is net of network fees. This is disclosed before you pay, and you consent to it at checkout.

SPARK is sold through Amazon, not through this site. Refunds for the book follow Amazon's own returns policy — we can't process those.

Please just email us first. We have never refused a reasonable refund request, and a direct refund reaches you faster than a bank dispute. See also our Terms of Service.
