You need an account to reach member content. Keep your password to yourself, use a real email address you control, and don't share your login. Access is personal — one human, one account. Sharing credentials or bulk-exporting the library for redistribution is grounds for termination without refund.

SPARK Core ($9/month) and SPARK Pro ($15/month) are subscriptions that automatically renew every month at the same price until you cancel. Before you pay, we show you the price, the billing frequency, and how to cancel, next to a separate checkbox you must tick yourself. We record that consent along with the version of these terms you saw.

• Your card is charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel online at any time from your account page, in the same number of clicks it took to sign up. No phone call, no retention maze, no email to a human required.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We will not raise your price without telling you in advance and getting your agreement, or giving you the chance to cancel first.
• We email you a confirmation when you enroll and a receipt after each charge, each with cancellation instructions.

The $70 Founders Edition is a single one-time charge. It does not renew and you will never be billed for it again. It is capped at 2,500 seats. What "lifetime" covers:

• Every public vault, learning path, and course in the SPARK Living Library, for as long as the Living Library is published.
• Every future vault, course, and prompt drop released to Pro members, at no extra charge.
• Content access only. It does not include any third-party AI subscription, API credits, or usage of paid AI tools — you bring your own model.
• Priority email support for 24 months from purchase. After that, standard support.
• One person, one account. Founder access is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be shared across a team.

If the Living Library is ever permanently discontinued, we will give founders at least 90 days' notice and a downloadable export of the content they had access to.

If you pay with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, the payment is final once confirmed on the blockchain. There is no chargeback mechanism and we cannot reverse it. Crypto payments do not auto-renew — each payment buys a single month of access to a monthly plan, or the one-time product you selected.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts, frameworks, and course material inside your own business, including with paying clients of your business. You may adapt them freely for that purpose.

You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or redistribute the library or any substantial part of it, bundle it into a competing prompt product or course, or use it to train a model. The content stays ours.

These are prompts for general-purpose AI models we don't control. Model output can be wrong, biased, outdated, or made up. Nothing on this site or in the library is legal, tax, medical, financial, or investment advice, and using a prompt does not create a professional relationship. You are responsible for reviewing anything a model produces before you act on it, and for complying with the terms of whichever AI provider you use.

Results shown are individual outcomes from Tim's own client work and are not typical. Most people who buy a membership or read the book do not implement everything, and most implementers see smaller, slower results — often no measurable revenue change at all in the first months. Nothing here is a promise, projection, or guarantee of income. What you get depends entirely on your business, your market, and the work you put in.

We add to the library continuously and may reorganize, revise, or retire individual prompts, vaults, or courses. We aim to keep the site up but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we make a material change to a paid plan, we'll tell active members by email before it takes effect.

You can cancel or close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, redistribution, chargeback abuse, or unlawful use — in those cases without refund. If we terminate you for any other reason, we'll refund the unused portion of your current period.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this site or your membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here waives any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state.
